- Services for Minors
We may provide massage and wellness services to minors with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
For clients under the age of 18:
- A parent or legal guardian must complete required intake forms, provide consent for treatment and be present for treatment sessions.
- A parent or legal guardian must be present during services for younger minors, consistent with our Minor Client Policy.
- The parent or guardian is responsible for providing the minor’s contact information, health history, and other required information.
Information about minors, including health-related information recorded in session notes, is maintained as part of the client record and is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and, when applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly by a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will become effective when the updated policy is posted on our website and the “Effective Date” is revised.

- As a subscriber, you will receive automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and exclusive alerts about upcoming salon promotions or last-minute openings. All messages are designed to keep you connected with your stylist and simplify your booking experience.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@wellnesscentermn.com or (612) 727-2989.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
