Health & Safety Practices

The Wellness Center MN takes the health and well-being of our employees and clients seriously. The following practices have been created to keep our community safe.

COVID and Illness

We follow CDC guidelines for COVID positive exposure and illness. We ask all clients to cancel appointments without penalty if they are ill or COVID positive. If you have been exposed to someone who is COVID positive, you must test COVID negative yourself and call us to confirm your massage therapist or service provider is comfortable performing your service.

In general, if you are experiencing symptoms from a known illness, please stay home. Please call us and we will help you make the right decision. We’re in this together.

Masks will be provided upon request. Masking is optional. Staff will mask upon request during a service.

Underage Massage

The Wellness Center MN does not provide massage therapy or float therapy services to anyone under 18 unless that person has written consent from their parent or guardian, or the therapy has been prescribed by their physician or health care provider. The parent or guardian should call to schedule the service and will be required to sign a consent form at the appointment.

Illicit Activity

The therapies provided at The Wellness Center MN are intended for physical rehabilitation or relaxation of the nervous system. The Wellness Center MN practices zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviors that create a sexual or sensual massage or float tank experience.

The Wellness Center MN provides training to its employees so that they can take active steps to prevent illicit activity from taking place during massage or float therapy sessions.

Diversity and Inclusivity

We believe that companies that are diverse in age, gender, race, identity, sexual orientation, and perspective are more well suited to see clientele that are as equally diverse and unique.

The Wellness Center MN is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment on account of race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion or otherwise as may be prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
