He has received many hours of continuing education over the years as evident in his list of specialities. “I came to massage and bodywork after a career in dance. I discovered Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine in the middle of a personal healing crisis and they literally saved my life. After many years of teaching and practicing Shiatsu, I studied massage therapy and developed a newfound appreciation for anatomy and the physical structure of the body. Having both eastern and western bodywork approaches to draw upon enables me to address a broad range of client issues and to utilize an enormous toolbox of techniques." states Michael. His interests are centered around health and wellness, mindful body practices (Yoga, Qi Gong), and regular exercise. He loves to garden and enjoys reading, arts and culture, politics, drum corps. Brandy began Reiki training in 2010 at The Spirit Wellness Center in Eagan, MN, and in 2011, she took Reiki Levels II & III at The Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center in Lakeville, MN, becoming a Reiki Master. With further training, she discovered “that by placing my hands on an individual I could not only assist in the body’s natural ability to heal itself, but also become in tune to energy that needed to be cleared or that was “stuck” and needed to be moved through.” About her work, Brandy says, “I am strongly guided by my intuition to assess exactly what the client’s body and mind need for each session. In these Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions I am able to assist the body’s release of blocked energy and bring balance.” Brandy is a Pilates Yoga instructor and she volunteers with CanCurables (a cancer research organization).
NOTE: Integrating energy work and bodywork can accelerate the body’s ability to heal. We suggest booking an Intuitive Energy Healing session and then follow up with a massage session.

Julia received her training from the Sarasota School of Natural Healing Arts in Sarasota, FL and graduated in 1998. She has gained additional experience in deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, prenatal and Swedish modalities, addressing the needs of all ages, professions, and people. Julia says, “I love bodywork of all kinds. As a child, I would negotiate hand massage trades with my sister in church! As a therapist, I gravitate towards deep muscle work and attract those who desire a firm, strong touch to reach those deeper layers, a truly therapeutic experience. That said, I can adapt a session to address the needs of a client. Sometimes after extended deep pressure, changing it up with a very gentle, relaxing technique is just what that muscle needs to release!”
